		<description>Potatoes are tricky..like fish. I have found that if you were patient enough to let the one side get semi- cooked using medium heat, you can easily flip them over with a spatula. What cookware did you end up going with? I used to fear the stainless steels, but have discovered that the higher quality ones (like good All-Clad)are great to cook with. Love Le Creuset too!</description>
