It is no surprise that Real Simple Magazine offers great parenting tips and ideas. In fact, I have had my eye on a subscription for quite a few months now. But I don’t have much time so I really wasn’t sure if I could justify the price of subscription for something that I might not read anyway.
Well I just came across an article at Erin’s Coupon Cravings blog via twitter – that let’s us know that right now a subscription to Real Simple can be had for only $5 for a full year!!!!!

magazine. My daughter shares your great magazine with me and as a well-published journalist, writing about food safety, foodborne illnesses, chefs, etc for national trade publications since 1991, I want to share my passion with unaware home cooks.
Dr. Robert Tauxe, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,(CDC), told me in an interview that each year these food-borne illnesses result in 325,000 hospitalizations and 5,000 of these patients die painful deaths.
To me, giving home cooks Real Simple rules to follow when cooking in their homes is vitally important – these results above are just too much to permit, don’t you agree?
