August has been a busy month around here! Lots of visitors and visiting going on - and very little blogging.
One of our top destinations this summer was Bethany Beach Delaware.
Our family enjoyed soaking up the sun and just completely relaxing. An awesome resort community there called Sea Colony had just about everything we needed. From tennis to swimming to some lovely beaches – with an extremely qualified crew of lifeguards.
The nearby boardwalk was perfect for the kids and it was a very small and manageable size.
A couple favorites of ours on the boardwalk were Aloha Tim’s shaved ice stand – one of the best!, and Mangoes for lunch or dinner. Traveling out from the beachfront, we discovered a fabulous Italian restaurant called DiFebo’s – and they were able to handle our son’s food allergies perfectly.
