Can anyone point me in the right directions for some good beginner tutorials on Dreamweaver for Mac?

My needs are rather specific – in that I don’t want to learn about every single feature. But rather I need to learn how to use the shortcuts etc to work on an existing site.

Every thing that I have come across is either A to Z (too involved) or too complicated.

Aha – what I need is a quick start guide. Any suggestions?
