Every contest needs rules and here are mine:
No purchase necessary to enter, void where prohibited by law. All entrants must be 18 years or older at time of drawing to enter. Contests open to residents of the contiguous United States only, unless otherwise specified.
1. Entering Contests, Choosing, and Contacting Winners
The method of entering a contest will be described on the post announcing the contest. Contest winners will be randomly chosen by me. Incomplete entries, and those not received by NeenMachine.com due to technical difficulties or other circumstances will not be considered.
A valid email address is required to enter the contest and should be used on the entry. You cannot submit an entry for anyone but yourself. Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified. By providing you email address you are giving NeenMachine.com permission to communicate with you regarding this contest and future promotions.
If you are a winner, NeenMachine.com will attempt to contact you at the email address which you used for the entry. To claim a prize, NeenMachine.com must receive an email response from the winner’s sender email address within 7 days of the date that NeenMachine.com sent the original email notifying the winner at the email address that the winner used to enter the contest. Take note that the email address on all correspondence must be the same email address as that used on the winning entry. Failure to comply with any of the rules outlined here indicates that the winner forfeits the prize. NeenMachine.com is not required to re-award any forfeited prizes.
2. Eligibility
All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted. Contests are open only to legal United States residents.
Families of NeenMachine.com are prohibited from entering any contests offerred on NeenMachine.com.
3. Use of Winner’s Name
NeenMachine.com reserves the right to use the winner’s name as listed in the entry in a follow up post or post(s) announcing the winner of the contest. In addition the contest winner waives any expectation of privacy according to the NeenMachine.com privacy policy. NeenMachine.com will share the winner’s personal information with the sponsor of said contest and NeenMachine.com has no control over the use of that information by the sponsor.
You hereby agree to hold NeenMachine.com and it’s owners and officers harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the contest.
4. Prizes
Odds of winning depend on how many entries are received.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.
Each prize winner must provide NeenMachine.com with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers, which will be shared with the contest sponsor.
No prize substitutions are permitted. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.
The awarding of any prize requires full compliance with these Official Rules. NeenMachine.com reserves the right to make all final decisions and winner agrees to abide by these decisions.
NeenMachine.com, it’s owners and officers cannot be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of a prize awarded on this site. Basically, use at your own risk. NeenMachine.com, it’s owners and officers, is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by NeenMachine.com.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or if the sponsor backs out of the arrangement the winner agrees to forfeit the prize and NeenMachine.com, it’s owners and officers will be held harmless.
5. Privacy
By submitting your email address to enter the contest you are agreeing to receive future communications, promotions, and notifications that NeenMachine.com feels may be of interest to you. After the contest closes and prizes are awarded, you are free to opt out from these communications at any time. NeenMachine.com does not sell any private information or email addresses.
