Jen the Domestik Goddess has embarked on a 4 Week Walk for Weight Loss. She is following a plan outlined by Prevention.com, and I am following her.

Since I began blogging in February, I have been spending countless hours in front of the computer. So, while my typing fingers are looking quite buff, the rest of myself could use a good workout.

I have, therefore, volunteered to join Jen in her quest for better overall fitness. If you are up to the challenge you can join us too!
