I am busy.
I am always busy.
I think there will never be a time when I am not busy – and I kind of like it that way.
But I found it hard to draw the line between work and home.
I think many moms that work from home deal with this every day.
Throw in a load of laundry, empty the dishwasher, do a little business work, let the dog out, field a phone call, grab a snack…..
The problem is that nothing really gets done.
The house is always kind of messy.
Work is always a work in progress.
And the hours, days, years fly by (okay maybe I am being a little extreme).
For 2011 I made a few resolutions to myself.
One of those being to focus on my home based business.
By working hard.
Instead of hardly working – and feeling like I am working all of the time.
Every day I set a goal for myself. One that I can accomplish reasonably – but not toooo easily.
So far so good.
And my websites are growing as a result.
It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we put our minds to it.
